Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or booking any service. By accessing lumenine.com.au or making a booking with LUMENINE, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

01  ·  WHO WE ARE

LUMENINE Beauty is a luxury beauty and skincare consulting practice operated by Ninh Tran, based in Warragul and Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. We offer in-home and mobile-based beauty services including skin-first makeup artistry, colour consultation, and skincare consulting for women.

This website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. By accessing lumenine.com.au, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the website without our express written permission

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems

  • Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or unsolicited content

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion and without notice.

03  ·  BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS

All bookings are made via our third-party scheduling platform (Acuity Scheduling / lumeninebeauty.as.me). By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service value.

  • No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service amount and may result in future bookings being declined.

  • Rescheduling is permitted once per booking at no charge, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given.

  • Deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment at our discretion.

  • LUMENINE reserves the right to decline a booking or discontinue a service if the environment or conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

04  ·  SERVICES & RESULTS

LUMENINE provides professional beauty and visual consulting services. While we take every care to deliver the highest standard of artistry, please be aware that:

  • Individual results may vary based on skin type, condition, and personal skin response to products

  • All products used are professional-grade and skin-appropriate, however it is your responsibility to inform us of any known allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to your appointment

  • Testimonials and portfolio images on this website represent individual client experiences and are not a guarantee of identical results

  • LUMENINE does not provide medical, dermatological, or clinical skin treatment services

05  ·  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on lumenine.com.au including text, photography, brand identity, soundbite phrases, service names (MY VIBRATION, MY RADIANCE), logo, and visual design is the intellectual property of LUMENINE Beauty and Ninh Tran.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written consent. Sharing individual pages for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. recommending our services to a friend) is permitted.

06  ·  LUMENINE WITH PURPOSE

LUMENINE donates $5 from every completed booking to verified, registered non-profit organisations dedicated to the protection, support, and recovery of vulnerable children and young girls in Australia and internationally. This donation is made by LUMENINE at no additional cost to the client. The identity of our current partner organisation(s) is published on our About page and may change over time as we review and renew our giving commitments.

07  ·  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, LUMENINE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Our liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, right, or remedy you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
